In an era defined by constant digital connection, young people are growing up in environments shaped by social media. These platforms have created new spaces for creativity, learning, and community, but they also present profound challenges for mental health and well-being.
PROMISE is a three-year, international research project. We extend our academic research, partnering directly with global organizations, and young people to amplify our reach. Together we aim to translate research findings into real-world impact: informing policy, supporting parents, and empowering young people for improved well-being.
